Hills climbed: Steele’s Knowe 485m, Eastbow Hill 476m, East Craigs 471m.
A gradual ascent on a gravel track to the wind farm and then open hillside to summit of Steele’s Knowe. Cross open hillside to Eastbow Hill and then slightly undulating, boggier ground to The Seat. Descend steeply to the road and then follow paths alongside the River Devon for a return to the start.

Crossing the Frandy Burn proved challenging to some walkers
