Soon after setting off, we crossed the Lettermay Burn which contained surprisingly little water
We took our first break at the Curra Lochain before embarking on the steep climb to the summit of Beinn Lochain
Nearing the end of the gruelling 380 m. ascent from Curra Lochain
The panoramic view was worth the effort to reach the summit. Here we see the view looking south over Cruach nam Miseag to the Gare Loch and the River Clyde
