The view of the Firth of Clyde as we climbed the southwest flank of Killoeter on the diverted section of the John Muir Way
We had a brief lunch stop at the Cross Stone on Stoneymollan Muir
This stone is also known as the coffin stone as it is alleged that weary coffin bearers rested their load here when taking their dead to be buried in the consecrated ground at Kilmahew Church.
