Soon after leaving the car park we were able to look back on Drimsynie and Lochgoilhead with Ben Donich and The Cobbler beyond
After walking for about an hour we had our morning tea break

Eventually, after a lengthy climb in the heat, we reached the aim of our walk – Lochan nan Cnaimh

Before returning to Drimsynie we made a slight detour to view the Lettermay Burn which contained surprisingly little water
