A steady climb from the car park took us towards our first summit — the 923 m south top of Meall nan Tarmachan
After a short pause we continued towards the main summit of Meall nan Tarmachan, making the most of the continuing good weather
As we reached the summit of Meall nan Tarmachan we entered the cloud
Having gained the summit, we remained in the cloud as we continued along the Tarmachan Ridge
After crossing Meall Garbh, visible behind us, we climbed Beinn nan Eachan while cloud continued to cling to the ridge
The cloud finally cleared as we stopped for lunch, and the sun was shining when we had our summit photograph taken on Beinn nan Eachan
After lunch — and after posing for the summit photograph — we set off for the last top of the ridge, Creag na Caillich
Upon reaching Creag na Caillich we took a final look back along the ridge before descending to the hydro‑scheme access track above Loch Tay
